Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data Run The GOAuntlet collects when you join the waitlist, enquire about partnering, or apply as a training centre — what we do with it, how long we keep it, and how to make us stop.
We are not yet taking race registrations. Today this site collects only the details you type into one of three forms. There is no payment processing, no account, and no tracking.
Who is responsible for your data
Run The GOAuntlet (RTG) is an event property of GOAuntlet, operated by GoalGolazo Sports Business Advisory Pvt Ltd, Ribandar, Goa, India. A dedicated operating entity is being established for the event; if that changes who holds your data, we will update this notice and tell everyone on the waitlist by email before it takes effect.
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.
What we collect, and why
Only what you type into a form. Nothing is gathered in the background.

Our server also records the IP address and browser type of each submission, and the page it came from. We use this only to block automated spam and to stop one source flooding the form. It is never used to build a profile of you.
What we do not do
- We set no cookies and run no analytics on this site.
- We do not buy data about you, or enrich what you give us from other sources.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, ever.
- We do not send marketing unrelated to RTG.
One third party does see a request from your browser: the fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them. We are moving these onto our own server to remove even that.
Your consent, and taking it back
We process your data because you gave it to us and asked to hear from us. That is your consent, and it is the only basis we rely on.
Withdrawing is as easy as signing up. Email privacy@goauntlet.com with the word "remove" and the address you signed up with. We will delete your record and confirm within seven days — no questions, no retention offer, no form to fill in. Every email we send will also carry a one-click unsubscribe link.
Withdrawing consent does not make anything we did beforehand unlawful, and it will mean we can no longer tell you when registration opens.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist details: until the first RTG event has taken place and you have had the chance to enter, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever is sooner. If you have not opened or clicked an RTG email in 24 months, we delete your record without being asked.
- Partner and training-centre enquiries: for the life of the conversation and any resulting agreement, then as long as tax and company law requires us to keep business records.
- Spam-prevention logs: 90 days.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored in our own database on our hosting account. It is not shared with sponsors, partner gyms, hotels or anyone else.
Two suppliers necessarily handle it in order for the site to work:
- Hostinger — hosts this website, the database and our email.
- Our email provider — delivers the confirmation and update emails you asked for.
Both act on our instructions only. If we later add a registration or payment system, we will update this notice before it goes live, and name each new processor.
Where it is stored
On servers operated by our hosting provider. We will confirm the hosting region in this notice once the production environment is finalised, and we will tell you if data is ever moved outside India.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:
- Ask what we hold about you, and what we have done with it.
- Correct or complete anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Have it erased, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time, as described above.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
- Complain — to us first, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we have not resolved it properly.
Email privacy@goauntlet.com for any of these. We will respond within 30 days, and in any event no later than the 90 days the Rules allow for a grievance.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India. We will tell you how at the point we close your complaint.
Children
This site is for adults. The forms here are not intended for anyone under 18, and we ask that under-18s do not submit them.
RTG Kids, our under-18 race programme, is not open yet. When it opens, registration will be completed by a parent or guardian, and we will verify that consent before processing any child's data, as the Act requires. A separate notice will cover it.
Keeping it safe
The site is served only over HTTPS. The database sits behind credentials that are not reachable from the public internet, form submissions are written using parameterised queries, and access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the Data Protection Board, as the Act requires.
Changes to this notice
If we change anything that affects you — a new processor, a new purpose, a registration system — we will update the date at the top and email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect. We will not quietly broaden what we do with data you have already given us.
